A Puja (ceremony) is performed and you receive your personalized mantra with instructions on how to use it properly & we meditate together
Day 2
We go into more details about the 3 qualities of how to think your mantra and the 2 qualities of the mantra itself. How thinking is a natural part of meditation & we meditate together
Day 3
We discuss the Mind-Body connection, how stress can be released when meditating and how to be gentle with the process & we meditate together
Day 4
We will discuss the 7 states of consciousness & hallmarks of progression with your practice & we meditate together
I have lived a life of healing both mind & body. After developing the M11Restorative Techniques to reduce pain in the soft tissues of the body, it has been a natural progression to want to also be helpful with reducing suffering in the mind.

The practice, in its incredible simplicity & experiential nature, has broken the habitual cycle of chronic anxiety & depression I had experienced for the vast majority of my life. As well as coping mechanisms in the form of compulsive behaviors self correcting little by little over time.
Now at the age of 62 I experience a life of increasing ease, calmness & happiness. As well as increased present moment awareness due to immensely reduced rumination, believed to be generated in the Default Mode Network of our mind.
Less preoccupation allows my attention to be more fully on the people I am in relationship with and to be much more present to the activities I am doing.
My adaptability has increased and I am more capable of feeling & moving thru life's stresses & triggers quickly.
These benefits have made me very passionate about teaching this meditation practice that is based in deep restfulness & effortlessness!
